Players Code of Conduct

Quest With Honor · September 21, 2026

This code covers everyone. Every player, every host, every seller, every tester, from your first session to your thousandth. It applies everywhere on Quest Queue: the Quest Board, Contracts, chat, profiles, votes, and reports. Online or in person, same code.

Quest Queue runs on Honor. You earn it by showing up, playing fair, and finishing what you start, and after every session the people you played with can vote on you. Your reputation follows you everywhere you play. This code is how you keep it.

The Code

Six rules. Live by them and the Honor system rewards you automatically.

1. Show up.

Join sessions you mean to attend and arrive on time. If life happens, cancel with notice: more than 30 minutes before start as a player, more than 2 hours before start as a host. Cancelling with notice costs no Honor. No-shows and late cancels cost Chapter Honor.

2. Finish what you start.

Play your sessions through. Completion is the platform’s heartbeat. It is what your Honor, your Title, and your Sessions Completed count are built on.

3. Be decent.

Treat the people you play with like people. Teammates, opponents, strangers, same rule. You do not have to be good at the game. You have to be good to play with. Chat is moderated: AI flags it, humans review it.

4. Play it straight.

Vote honestly, report honestly, and represent yourself honestly. Real date of birth, real self, one account. Votes are never traded: not for a refund, not for a discount, not for a promise to stay quiet. AI monitoring watches for vote farming, brigading, and duplicate accounts. Dishonest votes, false reports, and misleading an admin who is looking into a report all draw enforcement against the person who did it.

5. Honor the game.

Play the way its developers intended. No cheats, no exploits, no third-party tools, and nobody ever plays on someone else’s account. If the developer wouldn’t endorse it, it doesn’t happen here.

6. Own your mistakes.

Everyone has a bad session. The system is built for humans. Chapter Honor is recoverable, Titles reset every chapter, and nothing you earn for life can be taken by a bad month. Take the downvote, fix the behavior, keep playing.

What Quest Queue rejects

Cross these lines and admins get involved.

  • Harassment and hate. Insults, slurs, targeting, pile-ons. In chat, in sessions, anywhere on the platform.
  • Cheating and exploits. In-game cheating arranged through Quest Queue, exploit assistance, third-party tools.
  • Scamming and deception. Fake sessions, bait listings, impersonation, scam links.
  • Multi-accounting. One verified human, one account. Running multiple accounts, dodging a suspension, or re-registering after removal.
  • Predatory or dangerous conduct. Anything that puts a person in real-world danger.

That last one is the safety line. No second chances there.

Child safety

Quest Queue is for adults, and nothing that sexualizes, grooms, solicits, or endangers a child is allowed here, in any form, in any chat, session, profile, or listing. That includes child sexual abuse material, real or generated, and any attempt to reach a minor through the platform. Report it from any profile, session, or vote screen. If you do not have an account, email support@questqueue.com. These reports go to the top of the queue. Child sexual abuse material is hidden the moment it is reported, a human reviews it, and the account is permanently removed. We report it to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (Cybertip.ca) and to police, as Canada’s mandatory reporting law requires. An account that turns out to belong to someone under 18 is deleted.

How enforcement works

Two layers.

The community handles the everyday. Votes work automatically: downvotes, no-shows, and late cancels cost Chapter Honor, and losing enough drops your Title. Fall to 0 and you are a Squire until you climb back to Knight, and Squires cannot vote. No admin involved, and fully recoverable through normal play.

Admins handle the serious. Reports go to humans, never to bots. When a report lands, an admin reviews it and takes one of these actions:

Action Used for
Dismiss The report does not warrant action
Warning First or minor issue
Suspension: 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days Repeat or serious violations, escalating on repeats
Permanent removal Safety violations: predatory behavior, credible threats of violence, conduct that endangers people. One more: selling sex

Quest Queue does not issue permanent bans for behavior. Toxicity, flaking, even cheating draw suspensions that repeat as needed, because we believe people can do better. Safety violations are different. Those mean permanent removal, first time, every time. So does selling sex on the platform, because the law leaves no room for it. Second chances are for bad behavior, not for danger.

What a suspension costs. Your account is locked for the duration. Your Chapter Honor resets to 0 and you return as a Squire, rebuilding through normal play. Your Lifetime Honor and your earned badges are never touched.

Every enforcement decision is made by a human, permanently logged, and sent to you with a plain-language reason. AI flags patterns. People make the calls.

Appeals

Every enforcement action can be appealed within 30 days, straight from the notification. A human takes a second look, reviewing the case, the record, and anything you add. If the action is reversed, you get back what it took. One appeal per action, and the decision is final.

Your tools

Situation Tool
Someone made the session better Upvote
Someone made the session worse Downvote, with a reason
Someone you want no contact with Block. No messages, no invites, no finding each other in search
A friendship that ran its course Unfriend. Instant and silent
Someone crossed a line above Report

Votes are private. Only you see the votes you receive, and voters are never named. One exception for sellers: a Contract listing shows the seller’s upvote percentage from Contracts. Never the votes themselves, never who cast them. Downvotes require a reason, every time.

Reports call an admin, so they require a written description of what happened and a phone-verified account. The reported player is never told who reported them. False or malicious reports draw enforcement against the reporter. An intimate image shared without consent: report it with that reason. The content is hidden the moment you report it and removed within 48 hours.

Blocking and unfriending need nobody’s permission and are never announced.

Contracts

Contracts are paid sessions: hire a Duo, a Carry, or a Coach, book a seat at a Game Master’s table, or a seat in a creator’s session. You are booking a person’s time. Same code, same votes, same Honor, plus these rules.

  • You are paying for time, not results. A Contract buys a seller’s time and honest effort for the booked session. That is the whole promise. No win, no rank, no drop, no outcome is ever guaranteed, and a seller who guarantees one is breaking this code. Time in a game is the whole product: nothing sexual, nothing sold as company or a date. A listing that sells sex means permanent removal. A listing that sells company or a date comes down, and the seller faces the enforcement above.
  • No piloting, ever. Nobody plays on someone else’s account, under any circumstance. Not for ranked, not for a favor, not once. In ranked and competitive modes a seller plays alongside you on their own account, or coaches you while you play. Never as you.
  • Adults only, both sides. Every buyer and every seller is 18 or older, and the age of majority where they live if that’s higher.
  • Money never buys Honor. A paid session pays no automatic completion Honor. The only Honor in a Contract comes from the people in it voting, same rules as any session.
  • Paid on Quest Queue. A Contract you find here is paid here, and every seat in a paid session is booked here. Taking a session off-platform to dodge the fee is a violation for both sides. Sellers who do it are suspended on the first instance and their listings come down pending review.
  • Sellers lead. Take reasonable responsibility for the people who booked you. You are allowed to be human and make mistakes in the game. You are not allowed to cut corners on these rules.
  • Play it straight with money too. Show up, tap ready, honor your bookings. Your own internet, power, and gear are yours to keep working. False or malicious disputes and chargeback abuse draw enforcement.

Ethical violations in Contracts get no warning. A seller who pilots, cheats, or uses exploits or third-party tools in a paid session is suspended on the first instance.

Money problems use the dispute flow. Conduct problems use reports. One incident can be both.

The ground rules

  • 18+. Your real date of birth, locked at signup. If the age of majority where you live is higher, that’s your line. Faking your age isn’t a cheat code, it’s a ban.
  • One verified human, one account. Phone verification is how Honor stays real. It proves a phone, not a name, an age, or an identity.
  • Incognito is not immunity. Incognito hides you from players, never from the platform. Votes, reports, blocks, and enforcement all land on the real account underneath.
  • In person, same code. In-person sessions are for adults only, and Honor works the same at a table as it does online. Only the people who joined the session through Quest Queue come to it, and the host makes sure the venue is fine with the group and that its rules are followed. Nobody here is background-checked, so treat a first meeting like meeting a stranger, because it is. Meet somewhere public first, get yourself there and home, tell someone where you are, and treat a private home as the exception that needs the most care. If you are ever in danger, call 911 first, then report to us. If something happens at a session, report it: we keep the session’s records, we work with police, and we act on the account. Nobody is told who reported them.
  • Same code on the call, at the table, and after. How you treat the people you met here counts wherever it happens: on the voice call, in the game lobby, at the venue, and afterward. Someone who blocked you has said no. Reaching them another way is harassment.
  • Recorded and streamed sessions are disclosed before you join. Joining one counts as consent.

Our side of the deal

The code binds us too.

  • Honor cannot be bought. No subscription, payment, or partnership will ever touch Honor, Title, or any trust signal. Not “we won’t”. It can’t.
  • Behavior is rewarded, not skill. You will never be ranked by how good you are at the game.
  • Your feedback is protected. Votes are private, voters are never named, and the reported are never told who reported them.
  • Humans decide, AI assists. We use AI everywhere it helps: flagging problems, preparing cases, and tracking the issues players report most. What AI never does is act on your account. It never suspends you, never touches your Honor, and never makes the final call. A human does, every time.
  • Every admin action is logged. Permanently, with a required reason, in a record no admin can edit or delete.

The deal

Show up. Finish what you start. Be decent. Play it straight. Honor the game. Own your mistakes.

Play with respect and honor, and your reputation speaks for you everywhere you play.
