Frequently Asked Questions

Quest Queue helps gamers find people worth playing with, online or in person, in any game you can name — video games, tabletop RPGs, board games, and card games. Every player builds a visible reputation called Honor, earned by showing up, playing fair, and finishing sessions. It follows them everywhere they play.

Yes. Quest Queue is for adults: 18 and older, and the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Your real date of birth is required at signup, and under-18 signup is blocked.

Quest Queue is in development and closed testing now. Chapter 0, the Founding Chapter, opens with our Kickstarter, free, in Canada and the United States first. Dates are announced here and through our channels once they are set. No date is promised until we can keep it.

Chapter 0, the Founding Chapter, opens with our Kickstarter, free. Backing the campaign is never required to play. Until then the platform is in closed testing and there is no public signup.

Chapter 0 is a test phase: the platform fully resets before Chapter 1, the first official chapter, except for Kickstarter backer rewards and the other items we name.

Quest Queue runs in the browser on any computer or phone, and as iPhone and Android apps. The apps come to the App Store and Google Play in Canada and the United States first, when Chapter 0 opens. The platform works alongside the games and tools you already use rather than replacing them.

Honor grows through completed sessions and upvotes from the people you play with. Lifetime Honor is your permanent record. Chapter Honor is the seasonal climb: everyone starts each Chapter as Knight, climbs to Champion, Hero, and Legend through play, and drops to Squire only through sustained negative behavior. Downvotes, no-shows, and late cancels cost Chapter Honor, and climbing back is always possible through normal play. Honor cannot be bought, transferred, or edited by anyone, including us.

Safety violations are different. Predatory behavior, credible threats of violence, and conduct that endangers people mean permanent removal, first time, every time.

Yes. Free accounts get the full trust system at no cost: sessions, Honor, Titles, badges, friends, and chat. During Chapter 0 nothing is billed. Pro, an optional cosmetic and convenience subscription, becomes available from Chapter 1. It never affects Honor, Title, or any trust signal, and a free player and a Pro subscriber climb identically.

In the app, report from any profile, session, or vote screen. Reports go to humans, never to bots, and the person you report is never told who reported them. If you do not have an account, email support@questqueue.com with what happened.

You can also block any player: no messages, no invites, no finding each other in search, and nobody is told.

In the app, report from any profile, session, or vote screen. Without an account, email support@questqueue.com with the subject line “Child Safety”. These reports go to the top of the queue. Our standards are in the Code of Conduct, under Child safety.
